JP MART operates through the Shopify ecommerce platform.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the JP MART website and your purchase of products from our store.
By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
2. OUR STORE
JP MART offers Indian herbal, Ayurvedic, beauty, personal care, wellness and related products to retail and business customers.
Our product range may include brands such as Dabur, Vatika, Himalaya, Vicco, Medimix, Hesh and other brands.

However, packaging, colours, labels and product appearance may vary from images displayed online.

Where applicable, ingredient lists, warnings and manufacturer information provided on the physical product packaging take precedence over general website descriptions.

All prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website.
Applicable VAT and taxes will be calculated according to the customer type, delivery country and applicable tax rules.
Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown during checkout before the customer confirms the order.
JP MART reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already accepted by us.
5. ORDERS
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order becomes binding once JP MART accepts and confirms the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where, for example:

• payment cannot be completed;
• incorrect pricing or product information has been published;
• fraud or misuse is suspected;
• delivery to the requested destination is not possible.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded according to the original payment method where possible.

Customers must provide complete and accurate billing and payment information.
Payment may be processed by Shopify Payments or other approved third-party payment service providers.
JP MART does not store full payment card details where those details are processed directly by an external payment provider.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We deliver to destinations made available through the JP MART checkout.
Delivery times shown on the website are estimates and may vary depending on destination, courier, product availability, customs procedures and events outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.
Where legally permitted, additional customs duties, import taxes or local charges applicable outside the European Union may be payable by the customer.

Wholesale pricing, minimum quantities, payment conditions, delivery conditions and product availability may differ from retail terms.
Wholesale customers may be required to provide:
• company name;
• business registration details;
• VAT number;

JP MART may verify business information before approving wholesale access.
Specific B2B quotations, proforma invoices or written agreements may contain additional terms. Where those terms conflict with these general Terms of Service, the specific B2B terms agreed for the order will take precedence.
11. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability.
Adding a product to a shopping cart does not reserve stock.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable after an order has been submitted, we may contact the customer to offer:
• a replacement;
• a partial shipment;
• a refund for the unavailable item; or
• cancellation of the affected order.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The JP MART website, layout, original text, graphics, design elements and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Third-party brand names, trademarks, logos and product images belong to their respective owners.
Nothing on the JP MART website grants customers any right to use JP MART or third-party intellectual property without appropriate permission.

For consumers, nothing in these Terms removes protections provided by mandatory European Union or national consumer law.
Business disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Poland unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.
